Christine’s poetry collection is expected in late Spring. The title has changed to ‘She Looks Out of My Face’. We hope to have a launch-more details later!

Christine’s full collection BETWEEN STONES is to be published next year by Indigo Dreams. Her poem ‘Hope’ is to be published in the forthcoming Macmillan Anthology, and ‘Minimed 508 Insulin Pump’ has been published in THE IRON BOOK OF NEW HUMOROUS VERSE. The book is to be launched on the 15th November at ‘the North East’s premier comedy venue’, the Hyena Cafe, 17 Leazes Lane, Newscastle upon Tyne, NE1 4PF from 7.30pm. Christine will be reading, John Hegley too!

Oh no, Christine was ill. So daughter, Nanette Bousfield (what a star!) read Christine’s poetry, sang Beatles songs, and introduced the whole performance to a large and enthusiastic audience with Tom Luckett on keyboard, Geoff Kitson on bass, and John Bousfield on woodwind. Many thanks to everyone.

… has been reborn! We are now working with a new pianist/guitarist, James Heselwood (because Gus is very busy at the moment), and we had our (second) debut at The Priestley Theatre Hatch Arts Showcase on the 22nd January. The audience was impressed!
